We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team at LA Century Law.

The position is available for part-time or full-time work. This position is also available for contract work.
Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management processes.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Foster a positive work environment through initiatives such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interview
Payroll Administration - data collection and input into ADP Workforce Now system
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in essential software platforms including Outlook, Adobe, and ADP (or similar HR management systems).
Previous experience with PC-based HR tasks and software required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance in all HR processes.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Flexible and adaptable with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
