Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc
Act as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks. 6) Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
The role will pay between 90k to 100K based on skills and experience.
