Job Title: HR Manager
Position Type: Permanent, full-time role
Locations: MUST work onsite at Culver City, California
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): Up to $120, depending on the total experience (can also go higher)

Job Description:

The candidate MUST work onsite at Culver City, once office open

MUST HAVE:

The candidate should be culture fit, i.e.

• Startup mindset
• Entertainment industry background
• Streaming platform, independent production company

Around 5 YOE, hands-on candidate within the entertainment industry.
Target to recruit is production related talent

Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR experience, with a focus on the entertainment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of entertainment payroll processes and regulations in multiple states
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Familiarity with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements in the entertainment industry.
