Position Overview

: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our recruiting team and drive the development and implementation of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, preferably for high-level roles across various departments, and will be responsible for building robust recruiting processes, managing our recruiting team, and overseeing our Total Rewards program.

Reli. is headquartered at 12900 Park Plaza Dr, Cerritos, CA 90703. We are Hybrid Remote. Our work from home days are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our in-office days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate team bonding and collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

:

Recruitment

:
Optimize and scale recruiting for roles across different departments (Product, Data & Automation, Supply Chain, Advertising) and different levels (from entry-level to high-level roles).
Apply current best practices to recruiting and build out robust recruiting processes.
Develop and execute inbound and outbound recruiting strategies.
Manage and provide direction to our recruiting team
HR Management

:
Oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Implement and iterate on Total Rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of HR practices.
Employee Relations and Engagement

:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address and resolve employee relations issues.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Training and Development

:
Create and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Implement onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

Candidate Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of recruiting experience, with proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices.
Experience in managing recruitment processes
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Recruiting experience with high-level roles (manager and director levels)
Experience in coordinating with external recruiting resources including agencies and/or independent contractors.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
