Human Resources Manager - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in South Chicago. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Human Resources and the HR team to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures. Your focus will be on talent recruitment, development, retention, and fostering positive employee relations.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.Partner with leadership to execute the organization's HR and talent strategy.Monitor and report on recruitment and retention metrics.Oversee employee engagement initiatives and total rewards programs.Support employee relations through conflict resolution and performance management.Coordinate annual open enrollment for benefits.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a Generalist role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in diverse environments.Prior experience in healthcare or a similar setting preferred.Work Arrangement:This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with occasional in-person meetings as needed.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
