Your New Role:
Join one of the most established public service organizations in Houston, TX as the Human Resources Manager where you will manage the administration and implementation of a variety of human resources management functions in the organization’s human resources. You will confer, recommend, advise, and elicit the cooperation of supervisors and managers on a variety of HR employee relations matters and methods and techniques for addressing employee performance issues.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Your Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- Ten (10) years of progressive working experience in human resource, management, strategic planning, and change management is required.
- Seven (7) years of experience managing other HR professionals is required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required.
