Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts and help foster a positive, engaged workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee all areas of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.

Duties
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS management (Applicant Tracking System), and onboarding programs such as employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, OSHA compliance, and leave policies such as FMLA to ensure legal adherence and employee well-being.
Oversee human capital management systems to streamline HR operations.
Foster positive employee relations through conflict management, effective communication skills, and organizational design that supports a collaborative work environment.
Implement change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring or process improvements while maintaining high morale.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management practices.
Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
Demonstrated ability in project management with skills in organizational design and strategic planning.
Strong communication skills paired with conflict management expertise to foster a positive workplace culture.
Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or ADP; proficiency in data entry and report generation is essential.
Ability to lead change initiatives effectively using change management principles; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
