RECRUITING/ RETENTION COORDINATOR
CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK
The Recruitment/Retention Coordinator will be primarily responsible for employee recruiting and interviewing for Region 8. This position is directly responsible to the Human Resources Director. In addition, this position will be expected to coordinate work with other Coordinators and Administrative Staff to achieve the goals of Region 8.
EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in a Business, Marketing or Human-Resource related field, and at least three years of experience preferred. A combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement. Must have excellent computer and communications skills, possess a valid Mississippi driver’s license, and pass a criminal background check.
