Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Total Force Management Directorate (N1) of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY. Responsibilities You will serve as the technical day-to-day authority for human resources functions and provides oversight to three Human Resources Offices (HROs), located in San Diego, California, Bremerton, Washington, and Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. You will provide program support in executing Fleet-wide policy development and implementation. You will provide assistance to the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Program Manager to include preparing correspondence, reports or slides for presentations and briefings to senior leadership. You will provide overall advice and assistance on discipline, adverse actions, grievances, performance management and recognition, employee counseling, telework, Civilian Employee Assistance Program and related functions. You will serve as the Injury Compensation Program Lead (ICPL) and point of contact for USPACFLT. You will provide oversight of the Drug Free Workplace Program and ensure compliance to program requirements. You will disseminate professional development announcements and opportunities to the appropriate offices and review and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Providing program management in Labor relations, Employee relations and one or more of the following: Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) Program; Performance Management and Awards Programs; Drug Free Workplace Program; and Telework/Remote Work Program related to the functions of a human resources organization in executing policy development and implementation.
