Job Details:
- First shift, Monday - Friday
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages for employees
- Manage health and life insurance programs
- Update the system with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Implement new hire training
- Project hiring needs and ensures recruitment procedure is successful
- Develop and uphold HR policies throughout the organization
- Manage performance review meetings
- Communicate with employees about additional benefits they might qualify for
- Respond to any employee questions and concerns promptly
- Stay updated with all changes in labor legislation
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Degree in the HR or related field
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of labor legislation and payroll procedures
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience managing a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail while multitasking
