The Association of Former Students engages and inspires the Aggie Network for Texas A&M University in perpetuating the Aggie Spirit. Through our Annual Fund, as well as other revenue streams, we provide scholarships, endowments, emergency student loans, and awards for faculty excellence. Our newest colleague will join our highly motivated Human Resources team in advancing our mission by supporting The Association’s organizational and workforce needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, support HR operations through:
ROUTINE DUTIES
o Calendar and scheduling.
o Greeting guests.
o Travel arrangements.
o Preparation for board meetings.
This position may be assigned other duties from time to time.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum
Preferred
PHYSICAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit or stand for long periods on occasion and carry objects up to 10 pounds. Ability to work at a desk with frequent use of keyboard and monitor.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Required: Currently enrolled as a university student at Texas A&M University in College Station or Blinn College.
Preferred: Currently enrolled at Texas A&M College Station or Blinn College working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, Communications, Sociology, Business Administration or similar field of study.
