Job Description: Workday Consultant with minimum 8 years of experience focusing on WD -HCM -Core, Talent & Recruiting.
Key Skills:
WD Consultant (Techno Functional)
WD Business Process knowledge and concepts
WD Pro Certified HCM Core, Recruiting and Talent
WD Hands on configuration experience HCM Core, Recruiting & Talent.
WD Develop POC
Research and propose workable solutions in WD for challenges in the environment.
Knowledge and experience working with Integrations, EIB Uploads.
Play an individual contributor role.
Good understanding of the HR Functions and Process. Exposure in a large HR Transformation Project.
Performed End to End Workday Implementations. Solution Designing End to End Process for new business requirements and partnering with stakeholders.
Cross- functional /Workstream exposure understanding the integrations between systems and Process.
We are ok with remote candidates for this role, but the individual will be required to work EST business hours.
