Job Description Dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities. This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas timecard and payroll reporting and processing, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitmentemployment and employment law compliance. The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall front office activities, managing IT, and facilities and management of the office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas and programs. Capable of maintaining boundaries with employees necessary to carry out the role. All aspects of Payroll from time keeping, vacation and sick benefits to finalizing and processing the bi-weekly payroll. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel assists in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with executive team. Conducts recruitment effort for exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers writing and placing advertisements works with supervisors and executive management to screen and interview candidates perform reference checking extends job offers conducts new-employee orientations employee relations counseling coordinates and orchestras annual review process. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of Skills Required Bachelors degree. 5+ years combined human resource and office management experience. Solid understanding of timecard keeping and payroll processing. Skills Preferred Real Estate or Property Management experience a plus.
