Job Description - Human Trafficking Academic Lecturer

 Augustine Angels is actively recruiting a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) to fulfill a prestigious 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with the U.S. Army Military Police School, Special Victims Capabilities Division. The selected candidate will deliver in-person, high-impact lectures focused on Human Trafficking with an emphasis on sexual exploitation, particularly in military contexts.
 THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD BY THE GOVERNMENT.



Position Summary:

  • As a contracted academic lecturer, you will conduct eight training sessions annually at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, educating an audience of approximately 36 attendees per session on the intersection of sex trafficking, gang activity, digital exploitation, and offender behavior in a military law enforcement setting.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and present detailed, real-world-informed lectures on sex trafficking and related topics.

  • Integrate military case studies and victim-centered approaches into presentations.

  • Educate personnel on legal frameworks, offender tactics, victim identification, and interagency collaboration.

  • Comply with all OPSEC, AT Level I, iWatch, and site access requirements.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of active human trafficking investigative experience (with sex trafficking emphasis)

  • Familiarity with federal and military legal frameworks

  • Expertise in victimology, offender profiling, law enforcement investigation techniques, and digital exploitation

  • In-depth knowledge of victim support systems and interagency operations

  • Ability to lecture independently using personal computer equipment

  • Willingness to complete mandatory OPSEC, AT Level I, and iWatch training

  • Must be a U.S. citizen capable of passing a government background check for base access


Contract Details:


  • Location: Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

  • Schedule: 8 courses per year (dates scheduled jointly with government POC)

  • Duration: 5-year BPA

  • Clearance: Sponsored base access provided

  • Compensation: Competitive, firm-fixed rate
