Job Title: HUMINT Desk Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Desk Officer to assist government personnel in the management of information related to HUMINT operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between intelligence consumers and HUMINT personnel, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the collection, evaluation, classification, and dissemination of information derived from HUMINT operations.

- Act as a conduit between intelligence consumers and HUMINT personnel to facilitate information flow.

- Ensure HUMINT operations and reporting align with published collection and intelligence requirements.

- Review, edit, coordinate, and prepare HUMINT reports for dissemination by designated officials.

- Participate in source management and asset risk management by tracking and evaluating reporting accuracy, timeliness, clarity, quality, and quantity.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in information management and reporting.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with HUMINT operations and intelligence processes is preferred.

• Advanced experience in using information databases such as HUMINT Online tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME.
• Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle; HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of life Analysis.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules; regulations; directives; systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis and operations.
• Monitor data and information for aspects of physical security, operational security, security classification, and other control mechanisms to protect and mitigate risk to personnel and operations.
• Contribute and support the full range of operational and administrative intelligence products to include Counterintelligence Reviews, Damage Assessments, Production Reviews, Lead Generation Packets, Intelligence Support Packets, and Targeting Packet~. Monitor and maintain the timelines, responsiveness, accuracy, and effectiveness of operational and intelligence reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications & Adobe. Acrobat to support operations.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
