Position Summary

We are seeking a HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support SOCCENT in the execution of HUMINT and intelligence missions. In this role, you will provide all essential specialized non-personal labor, materials, and services required to assist the SOCCENT Staff in HUMINT planning and execution. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, as well as adaptive planning to identify and address knowledge or capability gaps, including training needs. You will also support the integration, synchronization, and prioritization of HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure alignment with DoD guidance while remaining focused on achieving operational objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you will have the chance to offer direct support to CI/HUMINT Collectors in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR)
  • Your tasks will include researching, analyzing, and creating CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages to assist CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support
  • Additionally, you will gather and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) using managed attribution research tools to support CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience
  • 5 years: General years of Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience, depending on the position
  • 3 years: Specific years of experience either in AOR or specialized skills, again depending on the position
  • Counterintelligence Analysis/Support experience
  • An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle and how HUMINT targeting supports operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with theater and national-level IC partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers
  • ODNI’s Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)
  • Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
  • Counterintelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
  • Counterintelligence experience working with a Federal Law Enforcement organization
  • Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

Education & Eligibility

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Dual Citizen
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. For positions based in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington, the salary range is $80,000 – $104,000 (if annualized).
