Your Mission

• Deliver expert product and service support with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries using established processes and a rich knowledge base
• Use CRM and ticketing tools efficiently
• Meet performance targets (call handling time, resolution rates, customer happiness)
• Share insights and collaborate with your team
• Stay informed through ongoing training and product updates

Who You Are

• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Great communicator with active listening and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable following structured procedures and adapting to new tools
• Quick learner who stays calm under pressure
