As a customer service representative, you will assist clients and stakeholders in Hungarian, ensuring they receive the support and information they need throughout their construction journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to construction services, project updates, and contract details via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
• Provide clear and accurate information about construction processes, timelines, and requirements.
• Assist clients in resolving issues or concerns related to their projects while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively assist clients.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
