As a customer service representative, you will assist students and educators in navigating our online learning platform, offering support and guidance in Hungarian to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to online education services, course offerings, and technological support via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
• Provide clear information about enrollment processes, learning resources, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support for resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with instructional teams to enhance service quality based on feedback.
• Stay updated on educational trends and platform changes to provide accurate support.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the education or e-learning sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with computer applications and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
