Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients in the financial sector. As a representative, you will assist customers with a variety of inquiries related to financial products and services while communicating effectively in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial services, account management, and investment products via phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Provide accurate information regarding account status, transaction details, and financial regulations.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively and promptly.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance sector, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Proficient with CRM tools and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
