In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and orders, ensuring a delightful experience through your communication in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
• Provide information about product availability, ingredients, and nutritional details.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and any issues that may arise.
• Resolve complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and sales, to enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about new product launches and promotions to provide customers with the best service.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food & beverage industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with professionalism and grace.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
