Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance issues via phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Provide information on medical services, procedures, and available healthcare options.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, processing requests, and handling patient concerns.
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative teams to address patient needs effectively.
• Stay informed about healthcare policies and service updates to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
