Job Description - Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a knack for problem-solving. As a vital member of our team, you will assist customers with their IT-related inquiries and provide support in Hungarian, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, account management, and service subscriptions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists and product teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
