Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Mobility Services Company

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Mobility Services Company. In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to our Hungarian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to mobility services and products.

Your fluency in Hungarian will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns about our services, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they receive the best solutions to meet their mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat regarding mobility service inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about service offerings, pricing, and availability
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and provide technical support as needed
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
• Stay informed about trends in mobility services and related products

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in mobility or related sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in mobility services and helping customers navigate their options
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
