Job Description - Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Pharmaceuticals industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to providing outstanding customer support. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, all while delivering exceptional service in Hungarian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, patient services, and prescription information via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
  • Provide accurate information on medications, usage, side effects, and healthcare guidelines.
  • Assist customers with order processing, refills, and issues related to prescriptions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively and courteously.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, products, and company policies to provide relevant and accurate information.
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare regulations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
