This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about property management and have a knack for providing excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating their real estate inquiries, offering support and information in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and leasing agreements via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
• Provide accurate and timely information on available properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Assist clients in the property viewing and leasing process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain an organized database of inquiries.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property management teams to address client needs.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property management regulations to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and with empathy.
• Proficient in using customer service software and general computer applications.
