Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Renewable Energy industry

In this role, you will assist customers in understanding renewable energy solutions and helping them navigate their inquiries in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency programs and the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide helpful information to customers.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
