As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-notch service in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, services, and order status via phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with the purchasing process, order modifications, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline service delivery.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Proficiency in customer service software and CRM applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
