As a representative, you will assist users with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that they have a positive experience on social media platforms, all while communicating in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions related to social media platforms via phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Provide assistance with account management, content issues, and policy inquiries.
• Resolve user complaints and concerns effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending issues.
• Collaborate with social media teams to stay updated on platform features and changes.
• Participate in training to continuously enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the social media or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
