You will be the first point of contact for clients in need of assistance, delivering support in Hungarian and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in Hungarian.
• Assist customers with account management, service activation, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide accurate information on plans, packages, and promotional offers.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate prompt and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products and services to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the telecommunications field, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.
