Your fluency in Hungarian and English is vital to delivering accurate and timely support.

Responsibilities

• Handle client communications in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with travel bookings and provide comprehensive travel information
• Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Communicate promotions and additional services to clients to enhance their travel experience

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities
• Previous experience in travel support or customer service is preferred
