In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Hungarian-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat
• Provide technical support and solutions related to products and services
• Document customer interactions and track issues accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving
• Maintain professionalism and empathy at all times

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both verbal and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
