Job Description: 
As a HVAC & Plumbing Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities: 

• Generate new leads through market research & networking. 

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. 

• Understand client’s HVAC & Plumbing & refrigeration needs and offer appropriate services and solutions. 

• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements. 

• Negotiate contracts and close deals. 

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. 

• Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.  

• Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction. 

• Uphold our commitment to excellence, delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC & Plumbing sales 

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing services 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficiency in using Microsoft office & any digital sales-based platforms such as Salesforce 

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. 

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. 

• Excellent organizational skills. 

• Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. 

• 
  Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.


• 
  Must be able to bend, climb, reach, kneel etc. for extended periods.

Compensation: 

Base salary of $50K annually with an uncapped 6% commission on all jobs sold

Work Schedule: 
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend and overtime work may be necessary to meet project demands and client needs.
