HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
* Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory management
* Provide excellent customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
* Stay up -to -date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance

*Experience*: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in commercial or industrial settings
*Certifications*: Possession of relevant certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or R -410A certification

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles

+ Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast -paced environment
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
*Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
*Physical Demands*: Ability to work in a fast -paced environment, lift to 50 pounds, and work at heights and in confined spaces.
