Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and mini-split systems
• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company standards and local codes
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and recommended solutions
• Provide multiple solution options when applicable (repair vs. replacement)
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, and service records
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and at a high standard
• Keep work areas and service vehicles clean and organized
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Required Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC field experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with forced air systems, boilers, and ductless mini-split systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification (a plus)
• Experience with advanced system diagnostics and controls
• Sales experience or comfort presenting solutions to customers
