About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the trusted face of Ted’s in the home, consulting with homeowners, evaluating their comfort needs, and presenting customized heating and cooling solutions that reflect our values and standards. Top performers consistently earn six figures, with on-target earnings potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and educate customers on solutions
Build trust and deliver a no-pressure, customer-first experience
Generate accurate quotes and present financing options when appropriate
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with service and installation teams to ensure a seamless process
Consistently meet performance goals while maintaining integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in in-home sales (HVAC industry experience preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRM systems, tablets, and proposal software)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
