Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home evaluations, present HVAC solutions, and guide customers through system options, financing, and warranties.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, generate professional proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up promptly on leads from dispatch, marketing, and tech referrals to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong rapport throughout the sales process, including post-installation follow-up.
• Stay updated on equipment specs, energy efficiency, rebates, and local codes.
• Coordinate with techs and installers for seamless project delivery and participate in regular sales meetings.
• Efficiently operate CRM platforms, proposal software, and scheduling tools.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of sales experience and project management.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
