HVAC Services is seeking a seasoned HVAC Commercial Foreman to lead and manage our onsite teams. This hands-on role requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in commercial HVAC, including new construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and project management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-5 HVAC technicians in commercial settings.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in new construction and remodeling projects.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and safety.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to team members.
- Manage project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer interactions.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive team environment with a focus on training and professional development.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a strong background in new construction and remodeling projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and project management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel for specific projects and participate in emergency service rotations.
