HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Howell's Heating & Air is looking for a top-notch HVAC Commercial Service Technician to add to our Professional Team. 

General Function:  Commercial maintenance and repairs on VRF systems, commercial controls including Aaon Watt Master and Carrier IVU, VAV systems standard heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

We are looking for a commercial service technician that has 5+ years of experience in Commercial Service HVAC.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years in HVAC/refrigeration field, with a heavy emphasis on commercial service experience


• CFC certification


• VRF Systems Experience


• Commercial Controls Experience


• Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems


• Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements


• Must pass a background and drug test


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

 Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: 

• Ability to lift and carry


• Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces


• Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes


• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs while ascending a ladder


• Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
