Harris Mechanical Service Industries, a MechanAir company, is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our growing service team in the Richmond area. Since 1986, we’ve built a reputation for fast, reliable, and ethical service—focused on commercial clients only. What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems


• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot system malfunctions


• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in peak condition


• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols


• Communicate clearly with clients and complete service documentation accurately

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service


• Technical training or HVAC apprenticeship completed


• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills


• Valid driver's license


• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Bonus Points For:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification


• Chiller experience (centrifugal systems a plus)


• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
