HVAC Commerical Mechanic Needed

Primary responsibilities will include ensuring that resources are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner, reporting field activities to Field Ops team, to ensure work is performed within budget and schedule.

JOB DUTIES:

• At Project Kick off, work with Field Ops team to assess complete project scope, develop execution plan including manpower- schedules, material needed, understand equipment take- offs, key/strategic work activities.
• Supervise project subcontractors to ensure subcontracted scopes are complete and comprehensive, and that all related work is completed on-time and in accordance with the construction documents.
• Support current and forecasted manpower needs and communicate impacts gains or losses for manpower planning efforts and budget/cost forecasting.
• On the daily work with Customer & COR3 Field ops to carry-out the plan, within time and budget constraints.
• Be an outstanding, advocate and a face to the customer for COR3 Mechanical!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising Commercial (to include Healthcare, Education,

Governmental and Retail, Hospitality, Fastrack Remodels, mechanical projects with sheet metal, Duct board and other areas of the mechanical installation.

• Proficient knowledge Mechanical Code & SMANCA Standards.
