 We're seeking an experienced HVAC Department Manager to lead our team with expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full system installations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring quality and reliability on every project. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Oversee daily operations of the HVAC installation, sales, and service departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support HVAC technicians, installers, and sales staff both in the office and out in the field.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and support professional growth.
• Develop and implement department goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and improve cross-functional processes. 
• Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction through field visits and customer feedback. 
• Ensure proper staffing, workload distribution, and job scheduling across all HVAC service lines. 
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.

 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification (Required); NATE Certification (a plus!)
• A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
• Strong technical background (ductwork, wiring, startup procedures, etc.)
• Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including boilers, gas piping, high-efficiency systems, and IAQ
• Prior leadership or crew management experience 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A passion for mentoring and coaching 
• Flexible and open to growing
