Due to rapid growth, we’re hiring for two key positions in our HVAC New Construction division:

Lead HVAC Installer (Experience Required)
Helper/Apprentice (No Experience Needed – We’ll Train You)

What You’ll Do:

Helpers:

• Support HVAC technicians on active new construction sites
• Learn installation, safety, and job site workflow
• Gain hands-on experience while getting paid to learn

Leads:

• Oversee HVAC installs for residential new construction
• Guide helpers, ensure safety & quality standards are met
• Communicate with the team to complete projects on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow (for Helpers)
• Previous HVAC experience (for Leads)
• Team-player mindset and commitment to showing up on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:
