HVAC Field Service Technician

Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Document all service and repair activities accurately and timely.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options, answer questions, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a field service role.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration principles, electrical components, and mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a variety of settings.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

salary: $52,000 - $93,600 per year
