Job Title: HVAC Foreman – Multi-Family Commercial Projects
Location: In-Person
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

We're seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Foreman with a strong background in Multi-Family Commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is licensed, has experience managing large projects, and understands how to work with split systems, mini-split systems, and package units.

As the HVAC Foreman, you will lead a team on-site, ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, and act as the main point of contact between the crew and project leadership. You must be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily HVAC crew activities on-site


• Maintain a professional and efficient work environment


• Attend pre-construction and weekly safety/cleanliness meetings


• Order parts and review material submittals ahead of time


• Perform HVAC system startups


• Communicate changes, updates, or issues with project management


• Track and report no-shows or recurring tardiness

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday


• 8-hour Day Shift

Qualifications:

• Licensed HVAC professional


• Experience in large-scale Multi-Family Commercial HVAC
