Wage: Starting at $20.00 an hour DOE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing HVAC systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor.
• Be able to follow verbal instructions
• Follow safety procedures
• Wear proper PPE when required

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:  

• An active driver’s license within the state where work is conducted.
• 6+ months of construction or general labor experience.
• High school diploma
• Ability to check company emails (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc) - the company provides a $10 stipend for data.
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
