As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Journeyman Installers, gaining real-world experience on residential HVAC installations.
You’ll learn how to:
- Assist with residential heating and cooling system installations
- Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices
- Stage equipment, materials, and tools for each job
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Support the lead installer from start to finish
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete job documentation and required paperwork
- Develop troubleshooting, installation, and customer service skills
- Build the foundation for a long-term career in the HVAC industry
