M.E. Flow, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-HVAC  Install Coordinator to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

About this role:

• Process Equipment records for Installs
• Process and file warranties with manufacturer
• Process and pull permits from local municipalities
• Data entry for jobs
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable invoices
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experienced with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office a plus
• High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to concentrate in a fast-paced atmosphere and meet deadlines
• High school equivalency required
