About the Role

Blue Valley Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll work alongside skilled Lead Installers to set up residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll help ensure that each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards of quality and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Assist Lead Installers with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components

  
  


• 
  

  Support equipment staging, loading/unloading, and site preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Use hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal and duct fittings

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean and organized work areas, including trucks and job sites

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with team members and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and apply best practices to grow into a Lead Installer role

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  6+ months of HVAC installation or mechanical trade experience

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and HVAC systems

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn and take direction

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license 

  
  


• 
  

  EPA certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
