Position Purpose:

Assist lead installers with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while learning best practices, safety standards, and technical skills to grow within the HVAC trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist with installing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

  
  


• 
  

  Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

  
  


• 
  

  Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

  
  


• 
  

  Support lead installers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly

  
  


• 
  

  Learn HVAC installation techniques, tools, and system components

  
  


• 
  

  Complete basic job documentation as required

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  21 years or older

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Prior HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  
  

Pay:

Starting from $18-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 
  

  8–10 hour shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Monday–Friday

  
  


• 
  

  Occasional weekends as needed

  Year-round work
